A working organic farm with orchard and kitchen garden. Everything served here started in the soil you walked past on the way in.

COOK

Cook

Two grandmothers at one stove — Peruvian and Mediterranean. Real ingredients, short chains, dishes that taste of where they come from.

TEACH

Teach

Doctors, farmers, chefs, and visiting experts. Workshops on food, sleep, breath, and how a body actually works. The classroom has trees in it.

GATHER

Gather

A long table set every week for whoever is on the farm that day. Same chairs, same cooks, different conversations. By the second visit, no one is a stranger.

We started EkkoFarm because daily life had quietly pulled us away from the things that matter most: real food, the rhythm of the land, and unhurried time spent together. Here, we grow what we cook, we know the Valencian producers we work with by name, and we open the farm so that way of living can feel close again.
