You choose how to take part: floating in the pool on a hammock-style mesh float, with your body partially immersed, or lying dry at the poolside. One hour, with nothing to do but listen.

Sound Travels Differently Here
Water makes a beautifully immersive setting for sound. The vibrations of the crystal bowls, the gong and the chimes do not only reach your ears — they travel through the pool and the space around you, arriving at the body from every direction at once.
Allow yourself to pause, float and unwind for a deeply relaxing hour as the sun begins to set.

This isn't a class and it isn't a concert. It's an hour to put the phone down, lie back — in the water or beside it — and do absolutely nothing while the sound does the rest. A good fit if you find it hard to switch off, if you've never tried a sound bath, or if you simply want a different kind of Sunday evening 25 minutes from Valencia.

You Choose How to Take Part
Floating in the pool
On a hammock-style mesh float, your body partially immersed, letting the sound reach you through the water. Bring swimwear and a towel.
Dry, at the poolside
Comfortable spaces are set up around the pool so you can lie back, relax and enjoy the whole experience without getting wet.
Who Leads the Session
The session is led by Joanna of VIVRA Healing, who works with sound, scent and Reiki to balance body, mind and soul. The Floating Sound Bath began as a collaboration between VIVRA Healing and EkkoFarm, and was her first VIVRA Healing sound experience in Spain.

No. You choose how you take part. You can float in the pool on a hammock-style mesh float, with your body partially immersed in the water, or you can stay completely dry — comfortable spaces are set up around the pool so you can lie back and listen from the poolside. Both options give you the full sound experience.
If you would like to float, bring swimwear and a towel. If you prefer to stay dry, just bring comfortable clothes and something warm for when the sun goes down. Everything else is provided.
You do not need to be a strong swimmer. The floats are hammock-style mesh floats that hold you at the surface, and you are never far from the edge. If you are at all unsure in water, choose the dry poolside option — you will hear the session exactly the same.

None at all. There is nothing to learn and nothing to do. You lie back, float or rest at the poolside, and listen for an hour. Beginners are very welcome.
