Between school, (home)work and other obligations, finding quality time as a family isn't always easy. So why not put the to-do list aside and come have some fun on the mat?
In Family Yoga, we'll move, play and stretch together. Through games and relaxation, we create a moment to connect, without screens or schedules.

Made for children aged 8 to 12 and teenagers aged 12 to 18, together with at least one adult — parents, grandparents or whoever wants to share the hour with them.
You don't need to be flexible, experienced or "good at yoga".
